The Court Refers to a completion date, what does this mean?
The court stipulates a date by which you must complete your course.
This date is non-negotiable and cannot be extended
I can't afford to pay the full course fee in one go, what are my options?
We can arrange for you to pay in instalments; however, the final instalment must be paid within 10 working days before your course starts.
Please call us if you would like to discuss paying in instalments.
Where are the courses held?
Courses are held at locations across the North East, Yorkshire and Leeds. All venues have good public transport links.
What do I need to bring?

Is the course accessible to people with disabilities?
Every effort has been made to ensure that the venues are disability friendly. To ensure we are able to respond to any additional support requirements you may have, we would be grateful if you could discuss any support requirements with your course administrator when you book.
Is the course presented in languages other than English?
The Driving Standards Agency requires the course be delivered in English. If you wish to bring an interpreter we would be grateful if you could call us in advance to ensure we can accommodate the extra person.
How long does the Course Last?
The course last 18 Hours to be completed in 3 full day sessions.
Are deposits refundable?
Yes within 14 days of booking we can refund your deposit. After a 14 day cooling off period deposits are non-refundable. Please check our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Where we cancel the course and you are unable to complete within your court completion date we will refund your deposit. This is the only exception
How do I prove I have completed the course?
We will send you a certificate of completion within 14 days of you completing the course.
I cannot attend the full course; will I receive a certificate of completion?
You will need to complete to receive your certificate. If you are unable to complete for reasons outside of your control we will try to accommodate you on a later course.
However, you must still complete the course before your court assigned completion date.
Will my car insurance costs be reduced if I complete this course?
Some car insurance companies offer discounts to people who complete the course
Can I change my course dates
Yes subject to availability and your court specified completion date; this will be subject to a rebooking fee.
I am unable to attend three consecutive weeks, can I book a separate day on another course
Please speak with our administration department who will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be aware this will be subject to additional fees.
Am I able to change dates to sickness, funeral or other unforeseen circumstances?
Please speak with our administration department who will make every effort to accommodate your request; we may request evidence to support your reason for cancellation. Please be aware this will be subject to additional fees and is subject to course availability.
I have not been convicted of drink driving; can I still attend the course?
Please speak with the course administrator.
I have passed my court specified completion date; can I still attend?
Yes. But you won't benefit from a ban reduction.
I have been convicted for a drink drive offence outside of the UK. Can I still attend the course?
Yes, please speak with the course administrator.
Are lunches and breaks provided?
Time is set aside for lunch and breaks; however, you must provide your own food.
When should I book?
We advise you to book as early as possible to ensure course available and that you complete the course before your course specified completion date expires (early booking reductions are provided if you book within 8 weeks of your sentence).
We advise that you book on a course that allows you to complete well in advance of your court specified completion date to allow some flexibility in case of cancellation/rebooking etc.

You must complete the course BEFORE your court assigned 'completion date' expires. Otherwise the full period of disqualification will apply.
Under no circumstances will the Courts consider an extension beyond this date. It is therefore essential to book early!
